Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Corporate law advisory and compliance
- IPO Readiness and preparation for equity raising
- Compliance Management and Due Diligence for early and mid-stage fundraising
- ESOP Scheming and implementation
- ESG and reasonable assurance, secretarial audit, and compliance review
- Contract Management, Valuation, FEMA, and Financial modeling
