Key Eligibility Criteria

• Currently enrolled in a B.A. LL.B., B.B.A. LL.B., or 3-year LL.B. program.
• Preference given to 4th/5th-year students (5-year course) or final-year students (3-year course).
• Must be based in Mumbai and available for full-time, in-office work.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) and familiarity with legal research databases (SCC Online, Manupatra, LexisNexis).

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Conducting legal research on SEBI circulars, notifications, and regulatory frameworks.
• Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, legal notices, and research summaries.
• Assisting in dispute resolution matters, including arbitration and securities law litigation.
• Supporting compliance mapping and maintaining legal records.
• Assisting with due diligence and ad hoc legal assignments.
