Compliance Intern

Contextual Overview

DTDC Express Limited is inviting applications for 2 Compliance Intern positions at its Corporate Headquarters in Bengaluru. This 6-month internship offers structured exposure to corporate HR, statutory compliance, and labor law frameworks within one of India's leading express logistics companies.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Graduates or Postgraduates in HR, Business Administration (MBA/BBA), or related fields.
• Basic understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and organizational management.
• A persistent mindset with the ability to follow tasks through to closure.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Track and collect statutory documentation across locations.
• Support statutory registrations, renewals, and amendments under Shops & Establishments (S&E), Contract Labour Regulation & Abolition (CLRA), Professional Tax (PT), and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF).
• Maintain and update central compliance trackers and auditing records.
• Coordinate with ground teams and vendors for the closure of pending documentation and compliance gaps.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Stipend: ₹10,000 / month
Mode: Offline / In-office (Bengaluru)
