Finjuris Counsel FZ-LLC is seeking a motivated and ambitious Legal Intern to join its growing legal and regulatory practice in Dubai, UAE. This 3-month internship provides practical exposure to international business law, financial regulations, fintech, cryptocurrency, compliance, and regulatory licensing.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Law students (preferably 3rd year onwards for 5-year integrated course, or 2nd year onwards for 3-year LL.B.)
- Recent law graduates are also eligible to apply
- Strong interest in Corporate Law, FinTech, Crypto, Regulatory Law, Compliance, or International Business Law
- Excellent legal research, drafting, and communication skills
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Conduct legal and regulatory research on laws, regulations, circulars, and regulatory frameworks
- Assist lawyers and consultants in preparing legal notes, proposals, and regulatory submissions
- Support regulatory licensing and compliance assignments
- Prepare case laws, regulatory updates, and legal research summaries
- Coordinate with internal teams and international associates
