CS Trainee

Contextual Overview

Law Wheels Services LLP, a fast-growing corporate advisory firm, is hiring CS Management Trainees for a 21-month articleship program at its Greater Noida West office. The role offers hands-on corporate, regulatory, and real estate legal advisory exposure.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: CS Professional (Pursuing/Cleared) OR CS Executive cleared students.
• Location/Commute: Strictly an in-office role; candidates must reside in or be able to easily commute to Greater Noida West.
• Availability: Immediate joining.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Corporate Governance: Managing end-to-end incorporations, ROC filings, strike-offs, and NCLT matters.
• Real Estate & RERA Operations: Liaising directly with Noida, GNIDA & YEIDA authorities (TM, NOCs), handling mutation, stamp duty calculations, and construction time extensions.
• FEMA & RBI Advisory: Managing practical foreign exchange regulations, FDI, ODI, and compounding compliances.
• Advanced Legal Drafting: Drafting critical corporate and real estate documents, Builder Buyer Agreements, and conducting property title due diligence.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

• Remuneration: Highly competitive and purely merit-based.
• Mode: Strictly In-Office (Office T-93F, Galaxy Blue Sapphire Plaza, Sector-4, Greater Noida West - 201016).
