Key Eligibility Criteria

• University students studying law, data governance, data privacy, risk & compliance, business or related disciplines.
• Must be able to work full‑time from January 2027 to June 2027.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Support day‑to‑day operations of the Data Protection Office (record‑keeping, request tracking, management reporting).
• Assist in preliminary assessment and triage of potential data incidents.
• Help with investigations, documentation, reporting and remedial actions for privacy matters.
• Contribute to privacy compliance reviews, awareness activities and process‑improvement projects.
• Utilise automation tools to monitor activities, identify exceptions and improve efficiency.
