Sirion, a leading AI-native Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform, is inviting applications for the position of Intern - Professional Services at its Gurugram, Haryana office. This role sits at the intersection of contract content, technology, and customer experience within a SaaS environment.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Required: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Degree/Diploma.
• Preferred: B.E., B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or similar Technology-focused Degree/Diploma.
• Prior exposure to Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools or contract management platforms is an added advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Work closely with business users to gather, validate, and document contract content requirements.
• Set up, configure, and maintain contract content, including clauses, templates, and related structures within the Sirion platform.
• Take ownership of customer-reported issues and drive them through to resolution following standard escalation processes.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and clear feedback to customers and account managers while maintaining effective communication.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

• Stipend Amount: INR 25,000 Monthly
• Stipend Type: Paid
• Mode: In-office (Gurugram, Haryana, India)
