Legal Intern (Fresh LL.B.) – Gurgaon at Vakil Help Desk

Vakil Help Desk is seeking a motivated LL.B. graduate or undergraduate for a 6-month full-time legal internship in Gurugram, Haryana. The role offers hands-on exposure to litigation, drafting, and intellectual property matters, with a performance-based opportunity for full-time employment (CTC: ₹1.2 – ₹1.8 LPA) upon completion.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Fresh LL.B. graduates or current LL.B. undergraduates.
• Candidates must currently reside in Gurgaon.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Conduct legal research and case law analysis.
• Draft legal notices, agreements, replies, and other legal documents.
• Assist in Intellectual Property Rights (Trademark, Copyright, and Patent) matters.
• Support Civil and Criminal litigation work.
• Assist in DPDP, Cyber Law, Consumer Law, and RWA-related matters.
• Prepare legal opinions, summaries, and case documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, government departments, and legal authorities.
• Maintain legal files and case records.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

• Post-Internship Opportunity: Full-time role with CTC of ₹1.2 – ₹1.8 LPA, based on performance.
