Xiaohongshu is seeking a Trust & Safety Policy Intern to join their team in Singapore. This role focuses on developing and optimizing global content and community policies to ensure platform security, regulatory compliance, and ecosystem health within international markets.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (Humanities, Law, Business Administration, Public Policy, Information Systems, or related fields).
• Fluent in English and Mandarin as working languages.
• Strong analytical judgment and program management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-timezone environment.
• Cross-cultural communication skills with an understanding of regional user behavior.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Policy Research: Analyze digital trends, competitor policies, and global regulatory landscapes.
• Data Analysis: Evaluate escalation data and user reports to identify policy gaps.
• Workflow Design: Construct decision trees and enforcement workflows for content moderation.
• Operationalization: Translate policies into actionable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
• Post-Mortems: Conduct root-cause analyses on escalations to improve policy and training frameworks.
