Eligibility:

• B.A. LL.B. (5 years) graduate (or equivalent).
• Associate: Minimum 1 year PQE.
• Senior Associate: Minimum 3 years PQE.
• Exceptional freshers with a minimum of 6 months professional experience and a strong litigation background may be considered.
• Mandatory knowledge of legal Hindi drafting and language.
• Proficiency with legal research platforms (Manupatra, SCC Online, etc.).
• Candidates must reside within 8-10 kms of the office or be willing to relocate.

Remuneration:

• Assessment Period Stipend: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 (payable upon successful continuation with the firm).
• Probation Period (First 3 months): ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month.
• Post-Confirmation Salary: ₹35,000 - ₹45,000 per month (revisable annually).
