Accenture in India is hiring a LearnVantage Associate Counsel (Career Level: 8 – Associate Manager) within its Global Services Legal (GSL) team based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role focuses on providing strategic legal partnership, risk mitigation, and compliance for LearnVantage service and product offerings.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a corporate or law firm setting handling commercial transactions, intellectual property, product, and/or privacy counsel work.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Provide legal risk assessments of LearnVantage service and product offerings, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Deliver Subject Matter Expert (SME) advice on deal terms, contractual guardrails, and risk mitigations.
- Review licenses from third-party vendors and ecosystem partners, summarizing and advising on client-facing terms.
- Develop legal templates, playbooks, guidance, and tech-enabled legal support for sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Implement governance frameworks and collaborate with cross-functional teams including S&D Legal, Procurement, Global Tax, and Finance.
