Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Structuring, drafting, finalizing, and executing contracts and related legal documents.
• Providing general corporate advisory to management aligned with company business objectives.
• Ensuring comprehensive statutory and contractual compliance.
• Handling litigation matters with strategic orientation and perseverance.
• Liaising with external counsels for specialized legal opinions and expert advice.
• Preparing and submitting monthly reports and scheduled Management Information Systems (MIS) updates.
