Key Eligibility Criteria
- Educational background in engineering, law, or management (MBA/PG in Power/Energy Management preferred).
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in the regulatory domain.
- In-depth understanding of power sector regulations in India, particularly within renewable energy.
- Proven ability to manage teams and work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Monitor, interpret, and analyse government policies, regulatory developments, and regulatory matters affecting renewable energy projects.
- Prepare and finalise petitions, replies, and rejoinders for regulatory authorities, tribunals, and courts.
- Represent the company before regulatory bodies, government agencies (MoP, MNRE, SECI, NTPC, State Utilities, Discoms), and industry associations.
- Liaise with government departments for project clearances, permits, and statutory compliance.
- Contribute to business strategy planning, M&A, PPA management, and energy accounting.
