Tenancy Compliance Manager

Adani Realty, through Navbharat Mega Developers Pvt. Ltd. (NMDPL), is seeking a Tenancy Compliance Manager for its Mumbai office to oversee tenant engagement, grievance redressal, and regulatory compliance for large-scale redevelopment projects such as the Dharavi Redevelopment Project.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Any Graduate or Post Graduate degree, preferably in Real Estate, Business Management & Administration, or Legal.
• Work Experience: 7 to 10 years of professional experience.
• Preferred Industry Background: Experience in tenant management, property coordination, legal, government, or customer-facing roles focusing on on-ground execution.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Drive tenant engagement and communication initiatives regarding rights, timelines, and relocation processes.
• Liaise with internal departments (legal, architecture, finance) and external stakeholders (local committees, politicians, regulatory authorities).
• Ensure all tenant affairs activities comply with relevant redevelopment policies, legal frameworks, and DCPR guidelines.
• Handle and resolve tenant grievances, track complaint resolution timelines, and organize community feedback meetings.
• Develop and implement evacuation strategies and oversee rehabilitation efforts for displaced tenants.
