Key Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Any Graduate or Post Graduate degree; preferences include Real Estate, Business Management & Administration, or Legal.
- Work Experience: 7 to 10 years of professional experience.
- Preferred Industry Background: Tenant management, property coordination, legal, government, or customer-facing roles with a strong focus on on-ground execution.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Drive tenant engagement through information sessions, regular check-ins, and clear communication regarding rights, timelines, and relocation processes.
- Liaise with local committees, politicians, and regulatory bodies, while coordinating internally with legal, architecture, and finance departments.
- Ensure all tenant affairs and processes comply with relevant redevelopment policies, legal frameworks, and DCPR guidelines through regular audits.
- Handle, resolve, and monitor tenant grievances and complaints to maintain transparency, trust, and confidence in the redevelopment process.
- Develop and implement evacuation and rehabilitation strategies for displaced tenants.
- Set performance targets, mentor team members, and manage the overall output of the tenant affairs team.
