• Risk Management: Mitigate title risks, monitor early warning signals for credit portfolio deterioration, and provide strategic guidance to credit and risk teams.
• Operational Efficiency: Ensure optimal turnaround time (TAT) for title opinion reports, search reports, and security creation processes.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams (credit, operations, collections) and external stakeholders (empanelled lawyers, vendors) to optimize business opportunities.
• Policy Formulation: Contribute to the development of legal/collateral acceptance policies and adapt processes to the dynamic regulatory environment.
