This role focuses on high-volume contract review, redlining, and NDA process management, supporting global operations through a centralized legal function. The position requires a professional capable of balancing legal rigor with AI-assisted workflow tools.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Law degree (LLB/JD or equivalent).
- Active admission to practice in a relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum 5+ years of post-qualification experience in reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts and NDAs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word (tracked changes) and legal workflow/CLM systems.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Contract Review: Perform first-pass review and redlining of commercial agreements (NDAs, MTAs) using established playbooks.
- Process Management: Manage the end-to-end NDA lifecycle, including intake, negotiation support, and repository maintenance in Onit.
- Workflow & Quality: Utilize legal tech for matter tracking, triage, and continuous improvement of playbook standards.
- Collaboration: Partner with onshore counsel to escalate substantive issues and maintain human-in-the-loop AI discipline.
