AECOM, a leading global infrastructure consulting firm, is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to join its team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will oversee and manage contracts for Project Management Consultancy (PMC) projects, ensuring compliance, minimizing risks, and maximizing value.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in contract management, with a focus on PMC projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial terms, and FIDIC contracts.
• Professional certifications such as CCM (Certified Contract Manager) or CCCM (Certified Commercial Contract Manager) are highly desirable.
• Prior experience working in the Middle East region is preferred.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Lead the development, negotiation, and execution of complex contracts for PMC projects.
• Review, analyze, and interpret contract terms and conditions to ensure alignment with company policies.
• Collaborate with project teams, legal counsel, and stakeholders to resolve contractual issues and disputes.
• Develop contract management strategies to mitigate risks and optimize project outcomes.
• Monitor contract performance and conduct regular contract audits for senior management.
• Manage a team of contract professionals, providing guidance and mentorship.
