Air Charter Service is seeking a Legal Counsel - French qualified to be based in its GSSC office in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The role involves collaborating with bids, compliance, and sales teams to provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice on international commercial, operational, and regulatory matters.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification in law from a reputed institute (French law qualification is advantageous).
• Minimum of 3 years of commercial legal experience (in-house experience strongly preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
• Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Take ownership of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts including NDAs and aviation-related agreements.
• Provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice on international, operational, and regulatory matters.
• Manage and respond to queries via the shared Legal mailbox.
• Support global governance and company secretarial matters, including routine filings.
• Assist with cross-border data privacy matters and data processing agreements.
• Support and coordinate the management of disputes and litigation.
