ALT India Legal, a New Delhi-based law firm with a pan-India network, is seeking an Associate for its Litigation Team. The firm specializes in complex multi-jurisdictional transactions and is looking for a committed professional interested in long-term growth within the organization.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 1โ3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Commitment: Must be serious about litigation and willing to build a long-term association with the firm.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Legal research and development of case strategy.
- Drafting pleadings for suits, arbitrations, writ petitions, and SLPs.
- Pre-litigation drafting, including legal notices, replies, and correspondence.
- Assisting with matters across various stages of litigation and dispute resolution in Courts and Tribunals.
Stipend, Compensation & Mode
- Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience and suitability.
- Mode: Full-time, onsite (6 days a week).
- Probation: 3 months.
