Key Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 3–4 years of relevant experience in IP litigation.
• Specialization: Expertise in trademark, copyright, patent, and commercial IP disputes.
• Education: Preferred candidates from NUJS and other National Law Universities (NLUs). Candidates from other reputed law institutions with relevant experience are also eligible.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Handling and managing IP litigation matters from initiation to closure.
• Drafting pleadings, notices, legal opinions, and written submissions.
• Appearing before courts, tribunals, and judicial/quasi-judicial authorities.
• Advising clients on IP enforcement, infringement, and litigation strategy.
• Conducting legal research and analysis on IP-related matters.
• Coordinating with clients, external counsels, and internal teams for case management.
