Contextual Overview

Anirudh Associates is actively looking to hire two (2) Associates or Senior Associates for their Corporate and Commercial Litigation practice based in Bangalore. The practice areas include the Commercial Courts Act, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), Companies Act, Arbitration, and Negotiable Instruments Act.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: LL.B. degree.
• Experience: 1.5 years (18 months) PQE as a practicing lawyer before Trial Courts at Bangalore.
• Core Skills: Knowledge and expertise in the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) or Code of Civil Procedure (CPC), alongside strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Language Preference: Candidates who can converse in Kannada are preferred.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Research and independently draft notices, plaints, and petitions.
• Coordinate with clients and junior staff for filings and comprehensive litigation management.
• Represent the firm before District Courts, Commercial Courts, and Arbitration Tribunals.
• Assist senior counsel during the evidence and arguments stages.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

₹4.5 lakhs to ₹6.5 lakhs per annum, depending on the candidate's qualifications and profile.
