Anirudh Associates is hiring an Associate for their Bengaluru office to focus on corporate and commercial litigation, including matters under the Commercial Courts Act, IBC, and Arbitration.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Minimum 1.5 years (18 months) PQE as a practicing lawyer before Trial courts in Bangalore.
- Technical Skills: Demonstrated expertise in the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) or Code of Civil Procedure (CPC).
- Language: Proficiency in Kannada is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Independently research and draft notices, plaints, and petitions.
- Manage litigation filings and coordinate with clients and junior staff.
- Represent the firm before District Courts, Commercial Courts, and Arbitration Tribunals.
- Assist senior counsel during evidence and argument stages.
Stipend, Compensation & Mode
CTC: ₹4,00,000 – ₹7,00,000 per annum (commensurate with experience). A performance-based incentive model is applicable after the completion of one year. The role includes a 3-month probation period.
