Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Independently research and draft notices, plaints, and petitions.
- Manage litigation workflows, including coordination with clients and junior staff.
- Represent the firm before District Courts, Commercial Courts, and Arbitration Tribunals.
- Assist senior counsel during evidence and argument stages.
Stipend, Compensation & Mode
CTC: ₹4,00,000 – ₹7,00,000 per annum (based on candidate profile). A performance-based incentive model is introduced after completion of one year. The role includes a 3-month probation period.
