Ashfords is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Real Estate Solicitor/Associate (NQ - 4 years' PQE) to join its Legal 500 Band 1 ranked Real Estate team in Bristol on a permanent, full-time basis. The role involves working closely with partners and specialists to advise a diverse client base on commercial property, retail leasing, and property acquisitions.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Newly Qualified (NQ) up to 4 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Background: Solid grounding in real estate work gained at a national, regional, or City firm.
- Specialization: Exposure to retail property or SIPP/SSAS transactions is desirable.
