Key Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications: CA, CS, ACCA, MBA (Finance), LLB, or Interns pursuing relevant qualifications from a recognized institute.
- Relevant experience or understanding in Transfer Pricing, International Tax, and FEMA.
- Strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving mindset, and effective communication abilities.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Preparation and review of Form 3CEB, transfer pricing documentation, and compliance reports.
- Drafting and reviewing submissions, appeals, and litigation documents for tax and regulatory matters.
- Handling transfer pricing compliance, FEMA regulations, and international tax advisory.
- Assisting in tax and regulatory due diligence for M&A transactions, business restructuring, and cross-border investments.
- Compiling and summarizing tribunal and court decisions to support tax litigation strategies.

Mode: Primarily office-based in Pune with hybrid options available on a case-by-case basis. Timings are 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Friday).
