Contextual Overview
Axiom is seeking a Legal Consultant with expertise in Digital Assets or ECM/Structured Products to provide mid-to-long-term support to a leading global client in the digital assets/fintech sector. The role involves acting as a key legal point of contact for innovative equity-linked products, working remotely at the intersection of capital markets and emerging digital asset-linked solutions.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- 5-12+ years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Experience in Structured products, ECM, derivatives, or broader capital markets (from in-house or private practice).
- Experience in Cryptocurrency, digital assets, or tokenization products.
- Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy while partnering with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Provide legal advice for equities and structured/innovative products across their full lifecycle (design, launch, enhancement, and exit).
- Draft, review, and negotiate offering documents, product terms, brokerage/platform agreements, and partner contracts.
- Collaborate with product, business, marketing, and operations stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions to structure new initiatives and manage legal risk.
- Manage external counsel, contribute to internal guidance/training, and develop scalable legal processes and templates.
