Legal Consultant – Digital Products or ECM / Structured Products (Remote)

Key Eligibility Criteria
- 5‑12+ years PQE with experience in Structured products / ECM / derivatives or broader capital markets (in‑house or private practice)
- OR experience in Cryptocurrency/digital assets or tokenization products
- Comfortable working autonomously while partnering with cross‑functional teams
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Provide legal advice for equities and structured/innovative products throughout lifecycle (design, launch, enhancement, exit)
- Draft, review and negotiate offering documents, product terms, brokerage/platform agreements and partner contracts; build program‑level documentation
- Collaborate with product, business, marketing and operations stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions to structure new initiatives and manage legal risk
- Manage external counsel, contribute to internal guidance and training, and develop scalable legal processes and templates
