Senior Manager (Legal)

Role Overview

Axtria - Ingenious Insights is hiring a Senior Manager to join their legal department in Gurgaon. This is an individual contributor role focused on managing legal processes, contract lifecycle management, and compliance for IT/ITES services catering to the US and European markets.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Degree in Law from a reputed institute/university.
• Experience: 4-6 years of work experience in an individual capacity with an MNC or reputed law firm.
• Specialization: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT/ITES services for the US market.
• Competencies: Exposure to US/Europe legal requirements and excellent written/oral communication skills.
• Preferred: CS qualification with corporate law compliance experience.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Collaborate with the leadership team and Finance Controller to establish legal department processes.
• Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs with customers and vendors.
• Maintain a repository of legal agreements and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Conduct legal research as required and manage interactions with international stakeholders.

Compensation: Not specified.
Mode: Full-time, onsite (Gurgaon), requires working extended hours for US client coordination.
