Contextual Overview
Beacon Legal is facilitating the recruitment process for a Legal Counsel position to join a leading in-house organisation in Abu Dhabi. The selected candidate will work closely with and report directly to the Head of Legal, handling various international commercial matters.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Must possess 3+ years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Trained at an international law firm.
- Demonstrated experience advising on a multitude of commercial contracts.
- Possess international cross-border contracts experience.
- Ideally possess a background in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial and cross-border contracts.
- Provide comprehensive legal advice and support to the in-house organization.
- Collaborate directly with the Head of Legal on core organizational matters.
