Bell Integration is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager based in Hyderabad to provide strategic, commercially-focused legal support. The role involves managing complex contract negotiations, overseeing Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and acting as a legal business partner to operational and sales teams within the technology sector.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years in a contract management or commercial contracts role.
• Sector Expertise: Significant experience within the technology sector or systems integration environment.
• Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of Indian contract law; experience with English law or international frameworks is highly desirable.
• Regulatory Proficiency: Expertise in data protection and privacy laws, including the DPDP Act, 2023, and GDPR/UK GDPR.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating high-value commercial agreements (SaaS, software licenses, reseller, and service provision).
• Leading complex negotiations and acting as the primary point of contact for legal risk.
• Managing Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes and system optimization.
• Providing data-driven reporting on legal risk and contract metrics to senior leadership.
• Mentoring junior team members and managing external legal counsel.
