The role involves guiding employment and labor matters, supporting acquisitions and integrations, managing disputes, and building scalable legal processes within a high-growth tech environment.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Provide practical advice on employment and labor matters including policies, hiring, contracts, compensation, benefits, and separations.
- Support acquisitions, transitions, and reorganizations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Handle claims and litigation working closely with outside counsel and the People team.
- Build scalable legal processes, tools, and AI-powered workflows.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments to proactively address business needs.
Stipend, Compensation & Mode
- Compensation: Β£85,797 to Β£151,436 in London; β¬66,065 to β¬107,837 elsewhere in Europe (higher for exceptionally experienced candidates).
