Contextual Overview

Bionova Research Labs Pvt Ltd (formerly Pragati Biocare Pvt Ltd) is seeking a hands-on Manager – Legal, HR & Compliance based in Bengaluru. This role focuses on strengthening legal documentation, employee performance accountability, and statutory compliance within the company's pharmaceutical and nutraceutical business operations.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: LL.B. degree.
• Experience: 5–8 years of relevant corporate, employment, and compliance experience.
• Preferred Background: Experience in pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, manufacturing, or FMCG sectors.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Draft and review employee, vendor, consultant, distributor, and commercial agreements.
• Develop legally sound KRA/KPI matrices and manage performance reviews/PIPs.
• Maintain statutory licenses, registers, and regulatory compliance calendars.
• Coordinate government inspections and represent the company in regulatory matters.
• Implement and review company SOPs, policies, and document-control systems.
• Coordinate with external advocates, Company Secretary, HR, QA, and regulatory consultants.
