- Manage commercial contracts including service provider, facility management, and utility agreements.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks related to Transfer of Property Act, stamp laws, registration, and RERA.
- Assist in dispute management, including tenant defaults, termination, and recovery actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including leasing, finance, and project management.
