This full-time, work-from-office position focuses on managing domestic and international litigation, dispute resolution, corporate legal matters, and regulatory compliance within the e-learning sector.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Hold an LL.B. or B.A. LL.B. degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant legal experience.
- Strong, hands-on experience specifically in Litigation & Dispute Management.
- Good understanding of contractual, employment, and regulatory matters.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Handle and manage domestic and international litigation and disputes.
- Manage consumer, employment, contractual, arbitration, and court matters.
