Burr & Forman LLP is seeking an Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join its General Commercial Litigation practice in South Carolina. The role involves handling a diverse range of commercial and health care litigation matters, with an emphasis on active case management from start to finish.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- 3-5 years of substantive litigation experience.
- Admission to the South Carolina Bar and current residence in South Carolina.
- Experience taking depositions and arguing motions.
