- Providing advisory support to TechOps legal supporting departments and cross-functional teams regarding transactions, risk mitigation, and compliance with state/country laws.
- Assisting managers in drafting day-to-day legal opinions, advisory documents, and project decks.
- Handling ad-hoc projects, tracking legislative changes in the pharmaceutical industry, and maintaining contract management data.
