The role involves working with a global team dedicated to managing trademark customer portfolios and ensuring the protection of clients' intellectual property rights.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: Preferably 0-2 years of experience in operations; prior trademark experience is advantageous.
• Skills: Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, good interpretation and comprehension capabilities, and proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Complete training to learn job-relevant systems and information.
• Assist in selecting pertinent references for trademark research reports.
• Deliver target-based productivity and accuracy on a daily basis within expected delivery timelines.
• Provide clients with support in searching databases regarding market and competitor activity as well as legal opinion formation.
• Assist client decision-making regarding trademark availability through research and analysis.
