Paralegal – Construction (Singapore)

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Diploma in Law level or local/foreign equivalent qualification
• Prior experience in construction/infrastructure work desirable (SOPA familiarity a plus)
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Strong IT, research, problem‑solving and organisational skills

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Legal and market research across contentious and non‑contentious areas
• Assist lawyers and secretaries with matter coordination, filings, hearing preparation and business development
• Large document reviews, proofreading, and preparation of chronologies, hearing bundles, indexes, summaries
• Monitor court and tribunal filings on eLitigation and related platforms
• Support document production (scanning, e‑discovery, electronic bundling, binding)
• Maintain internal knowledge‑management initiatives and databases
