Key Eligibility Criteria

• Possess an LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Property Law, Banking Law, and Contract Law.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Property Legal Audit & Vetting: Vet Property Legal Audit Reports for Banks and NBFCs, conduct title verification and due diligence of property documents, and ensure compliance with relevant property and banking laws.
• Agreement & Document Vetting: Review and vet commercial contracts, loan documents, and related legal instruments while identifying risks and providing actionable recommendations.
• Legal Research & Writing: Conduct research on property, banking, and allied laws, draft internal knowledge notes and legal articles, and track relevant statutory updates, amendments, and judgments.
