Compliance Officer (Emirati Nationals)

DAMANA is seeking a qualified Compliance Officer for its office in Dubai, UAE. This full-time role is exclusively open to Emirati Nationals and focuses on ensuring corporate adherence to applicable laws, internal policies, and regulatory frameworks.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Nationality: Open exclusively to Emirati Nationals.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in compliance, finance, or legal business.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business, or Finance.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Assist in developing and maintaining the Company's compliance policies and procedures.
• Monitor and ensure day-to-day compliance with internal policies and applicable laws or regulations.
• Report on the effectiveness of licensee AML/CFT controls for senior management review.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to develop staff awareness and training programs on AML/CFT matters.
• Act as an independent review body to evaluate, investigate, and resolve compliance issues and concerns.
• Participate in updating compliance standards and direct compliance issues to appropriate channels for investigation.
