Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Manage complex immigration cases in-house or via third‑party providers.
• Maintain accurate case updates on the case management system, meeting SLAs/KPIs.
• Serve as point of contact for low‑to‑medium level issues and escalations.
• Review junior team members’ cases and provide feedback.
• Offer expert advice on immigration laws across EMEA countries.
• Consult clients on applicable immigration/work authorisation routes via email or call.
• Deliver outstanding client service with clear communication and proactive case management.
• Stay current on immigration law changes and communicate potential risks.
• Assess right‑to‑work requirements for Employee of Records (EORs) and other permits.
• Liaise with internal teams for corporate document gathering and coordinate with other departments.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for assigned countries/regions.
• Ensure immigration documents are updated, tracked, and audited for compliance.
