Service Associate - C&P Technology Assignment - Risk and Brand Protection

Contextual Overview

Deloitte is hiring a Service Associate for the C&P Technology Assignment within the Risk and Brand Protection organization in Hyderabad. This full-time role focuses on supporting confidentiality and privacy technology and risk assessments, managing stakeholder communications, and assisting with process improvements.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor of Engineering, B.Tech, MCA, or equivalent with exposure to Information Technology.
• 1-3 years of experience in risk, compliance, confidentiality, privacy, or technology assessment support.
• Understanding of information technology processes and architectural concepts.
• Proficiency in Office 365.
• Preferred: Master of Business Administration or equivalent postgraduate qualification, along with knowledge of privacy and information security principles.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Support confidentiality and privacy technology assessments, including reviewing system information for completeness and accuracy.
• Support confidentiality and privacy risk assessments for emerging technologies and track remediation activities.
• Prepare analyses, reports, and presentations for leadership and management meetings.
• Monitor and manage the team mailbox, coordinate with U.S. and India teams, and follow up with stakeholders.
• Support process improvement, automation initiatives, and maintenance of central knowledge repositories, forms, templates, and tools.
