• Statutory Compliance: Ensure adherence to labour laws, handle inspections, and monitor contractor compliance.
• ER Projects: Lead projects such as 'Project Pulse', conduct minimum wage surveys, and support ER Academy initiatives.
• Advisory: Provide support to HRBPs on disciplinary matters and workforce governance.
