EarnReady by ShunyaTattvaa Talent Partners is hiring a Legal Executive for a leading firm in the Stainless Steel/Metals & Steel industry based in Charni Road, Mumbai. This role focuses on property law, contract management, and compliance within an in-house legal capacity.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: LLB degree (Mandatory).
- Experience: 2โ3 years of experience in Real Estate, Property, Construction, Infrastructure, or Facilities Management is preferred.
- Preference: Candidates with prior in-house legal experience are preferred over those with only law firm experience.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Draft, review, and manage lease agreements, rent agreements, Leave & License agreements, vendor contracts, and NDAs.
- Handle legal notices, property disputes, payment/recovery matters, and contractual issues.
- Coordinate with external advocates, consultants, and government authorities.
- Ensure property-related compliance, registrations, and renewals are maintained.
- Advise management on legal risks and assist with basic labour law matters when required.
- Maintain trackers for agreements, legal cases, and notices.
Stipend, Compensation & Mode
Salary: Upto 6 LPA.
