Contextual Overview

EarnReady by ShunyaTattvaa Talent Partners is hiring a Legal Executive for a leading firm in the Stainless Steel/Metals & Steel industry based in Charni Road, Mumbai. This role focuses on property law, contract management, and compliance within an in-house legal capacity.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: LLB degree (Mandatory).
• Experience: 2–3 years of experience in Real Estate, Property, Construction, Infrastructure, or Facilities Management is preferred.
• Preference: Candidates with prior in-house legal experience are preferred over those with only law firm experience.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Draft, review, and manage lease agreements, rent agreements, Leave & License agreements, vendor contracts, and NDAs.
• Handle legal notices, property disputes, payment/recovery matters, and contractual issues.
• Coordinate with external advocates, consultants, and government authorities.
• Ensure property-related compliance, registrations, and renewals are maintained.
• Advise management on legal risks and assist with basic labour law matters when required.
• Maintain trackers for agreements, legal cases, and notices.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Salary: Upto 6 LPA.
