Edvisars Consultancy Services is hiring a Corporate Legal Associate / Corporate Legal Counsel for its office in Bengali Market, New Delhi. The role demands strong commercial contract drafting skills, risk assessment capability, and law firm experience in preparing client-protective agreements.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Domain Expertise: Proven experience in contract drafting, agreement vetting, and commercial legal documentation (preferably from a law firm background).
• Exclusion: Applicants with only court appearance, filing, or pure litigation experience without contract drafting exposure will not be considered.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Drafting and vetting MSAs, NDAs, Employment Agreements, Shareholders' Agreements, and other commercial contracts.
• Advising clients on employment-related legal issues and business transaction risks.
• Reviewing contractual terms and implementing practical, protective safeguards.
• Conducting legal research and drafting legal notices, replies, and advisory documents.
• Interacting directly with clients to understand business and legal requirements.

Remuneration & Work Terms

• Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month (commensurate with experience and drafting capability).
• Work Mode: Full-time, Work from Office.
• Location: Bengali Market, New Delhi - 110001.
