Elior India, a prominent player in the institutional and corporate catering industry, is seeking an experienced Head of Legal to lead its legal function in Bengaluru. This role involves providing strategic legal guidance to leadership, managing commercial contracts, overseeing litigation, and ensuring regulatory compliance across the organization's operations.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 7–15 years in corporate or in-house legal roles.
• Qualification: LLB/LLM from a recognized university.
• Preferred Background: Experience in institutional catering, hospitality, FMCG, facility management, or retail industries.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in commercial contracts, corporate law, litigation management, and stakeholder advisory.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Lead the legal department and provide strategic counsel to senior leadership.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, vendor contracts, leases, and NDAs.
• Manage litigation, legal notices, and coordination with external counsel.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory frameworks.
• Provide legal support for M&A, strategic projects, and business expansion initiatives.
