Manager - Fraud Investigations (UAE National)

Emirates NBD is inviting applications for the full-time role of Manager - Fraud Investigations (UAE National) within its Group Fraud Prevention and Investigations Unit based in Dubai, UAE. This position is aimed at empowering UAE nationals and involves leading complex, high-profile investigations, managing regulatory expectations, and driving international casework.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Nationality: Open exclusively to UAE Nationals.
• Professional Qualifications: Must hold qualifications such as CFE, ACA, ACCA, ICWA, CIA, or equivalent.
• Experience: 8+ years of experience in complex investigations covering fraud and non-fraud matters. Background in global banking or UAE banking is preferred.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Lead, manage, and resolve complex, sensitive, and cross-functional investigations (fraud and non-fraud).
• Ensure investigations and reporting meet or exceed regulatory requirements set by CBUAE, Basel, UAE PDPL, and other relevant bodies.
• Initiate and coordinate cross-border investigations and build relationships with international regulators and law enforcement.
• Utilize data analytics to identify patterns, support investigations, and recommend risk controls.
• Develop advanced training programs for investigators, mentor staff, and oversee stakeholder engagement across legal, HR, and business units.
