Senior Legal Manager – Emmvee Solar Systems Pvt. Ltd.

Emmvee Solar Systems Pvt. Ltd., a renewable energy and clean technology company based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, is hiring a Senior Legal Manager to oversee legal and regulatory matters in the solar manufacturing sector.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Law degree and valid license to practice law in India.
• 10‑14 years of post‑qualification experience in Energy laws (in‑house or law firm).
• Deep knowledge of solar sector regulatory compliance, litigations, intellectual property, contracts and energy laws.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements (EPC, Power Purchase, O&M, Infrastructure Sharing, Module Supply, Asset Purchase, Equipment Supply, Project Development, Joint Venture SHA, SPA, Acquisitions).
• Formulate, review and implement internal policies and SOPs in line with legal and regulatory developments.
• Conduct training and awareness programs on legal and compliance matters.
• Provide corporate advisory on marketing, procurement, finance, HR, operations and maintain Litigation MIS.
• Manage internal and statutory audit for litigations, compliance and ethical governance framework.
• Keep stakeholders updated on industry‑specific laws, regulations and amendments.
