Contextual Overview

EY is seeking a UKI Regional Contracts and Supplier Governance - Supervising Associate (Assistant Manager) based in Kochi, Kerala, India. This role sits within the Clients & Industries - GDS UKI business unit, focusing on effective contract management, supplier governance, and procurement compliance across the UK&I business.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Demonstrated expertise in leveraging advanced analytics platforms and visualization tools (Power BI, ThoughtSpot, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Office with advanced level experience in Excel reporting and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work under minimal direction with high accountability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Manage contract and supplier governance mailboxes and coordinate contract requests through execution.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and administer supplier contracts while ensuring compliance with procurement and governance requirements.
• Oversee contract execution processes, including approvals, DocuSign workflows, and maintenance of executed agreements.
• Maintain contract repositories, lifecycle trackers, renewals, and audit-ready documentation.
• Support supplier onboarding, vendor enablement, and supplier due diligence activities.
• Manage supplier governance programs, MSA renewals, performance reviews, and compliance obligations.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and analytics on contracts, suppliers, compliance, and performance metrics.
