Senior Associate, Contract Management – Factor
Factor, a leading AI‑integrated legal services provider, is hiring a Senior Associate in Contract Management to support its corporate legal clients. The role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India and requires extensive commercial contract drafting and negotiation experience.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Law degree and/or legally qualified.
- Legally eligible to work in India.
- Minimum 5 years of drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in a law firm, ALSP, in‑house legal team or within Factor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.
